Horrible finance manager Bought a van on 2/14/16 signed loan papers and all so we thought got a call yesterday and was told change in lender but interest rate and down payment Bought a van on 2/14/16 signed loan papers and all so we thought got a call yesterday and was told change in lender but interest rate and down payment the same. Went to sign papers with Travis Campbell today and the entire deal from what we signed changed.wanted more money down but when I asked the day before he said everything was the same. He lied to us horrible service. Would never recommend this dealership ever. Now I'm trying to get my down payment back and he won't return my calls so I can turn in the van. More

Excellent experience with Tony Bolin My wife and I were looking for quite some time for a 2016 Honda Pilot. We live in Georgia and had checked out most all of the dealerships between the My wife and I were looking for quite some time for a 2016 Honda Pilot. We live in Georgia and had checked out most all of the dealerships between the Georgia-South Carolina line all the way to Tampa. So many of them were either too pushy insisting that we had no option but to buy what they were offering, or they just didn't care to have our business. Luckily, we decided to stop at Wesley Chapel Honda and ran into Tony Bolin. Tony made us feel at ease immediately and gave us all kinds of help, answering all of our questions, without all the ridiculous pressure the other dealerships laid on us. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient and most of all...my wife liked him! We all know how important that is. He went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what WE were looking for instead of trying to direct us to the sale HE wanted to make. This has been the most pleasant car-buying experience we've ever had and Tony is far and away the best salesman we've ever dealt with. We ended up buying a 2016 Honda Pilot Touring and couldn't be happier with the car OR the deal. This is my wife's 3rd Pilot in a row and I currently drive an '07 Honda Ridgeline RT-L. I WILL be back to see Tony once the 2017 Ridgelines arrive. We drove over 200 miles to buy a Honda from Tony Bolin. I would recommend the same for anyone else. I explained my needs to Tony in both cases and he wasted no time working with my husband and I to get us to where we wanted to be, in even better of a car than I originally had my eye on. We shopped around at another dealer ship and had a HORRIBLE experience there. Tony understood that we didn't care to waste anymore time and really made the process as easy as it could be.
