Bad sale Im very upsad for what Wesley Chapel Honda in the pre-owned company did with me I am a single mother of 3 kids with needing a good vehicle just cause Im very upsad for what Wesley Chapel Honda in the pre-owned company did with me I am a single mother of 3 kids with needing a good vehicle just cause I'm a female brought my own trade in vehicle n a down payment of 1700 a total of 5,000 down payment so by having a low income and a low credit score I feel like they took a vanish of my situation giving me a 2008 Honda cvr with high mileage on top of that Im paying for my own warranty n is only been 4 month with th vehicle and is giving me problem aready so when back a couple of time to the dealership so they could do a trade out and they still requested more money down and is so wrong for a company like Westley Chapel Honda will do something like that instead of trying there best to help someone in need with a vehicle but all they did is took a vanish of my situation this is why I'm putting a bad name in there company so all single woman beware with dis dealership they just want to rip you off..... Outstanding at Meeting Our Needs We were in the market to get out of a 2012 Fiesta, and wanted a comparable "commuter" car. We looked at the Honda Fit, as it had all of the fuel economy, five-star government safety rating, and the connectivity/audio system amenities we wanted. Gerald (Jerry) Spence was our sales consultant. We went into the dealership on a Friday evening after 6 p.m. and Jerry was assigned to us. He was very thorough in explaining about the Fit and comparison to Toyota Yaris, which we were considering. He spent a good 1.5 hours with us, and encouraged us to test a Yaris. We told him we would be making the purchase in two weeks. He respectfully contacted us a couple of times during the interim. We set up an appointment to purchase on Saturday 1/30 at 9:30 a.m. Jerry talked the numbers and helped us come to a deal within our budget. We were on our way to lunch in our new Fit! More

Horrible In my opinion I would rate this dealership with 0 stars but that's not an option. We bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from Wesley chapel Honda. The salesma In my opinion I would rate this dealership with 0 stars but that's not an option. We bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from Wesley chapel Honda. The salesman was nice except didn't have much knowledge about vehicles. When we test drove the jeep we asked about a ticking noise, he said "all jeeps make that sound." I took his word. We signed papers on Thursday evening, by Saturday afternoon we were stranded on the side of the interstate with smoke coming from the front passenger tire area, hub was too hot to touch and a burning smell. We called WC Honda and they had us towed back. They kept our vehicle overnight and said they didn't see anything wrong. Once again our jeep did the same exact thing. This time they kept our vehicle for the weekend. Drove it approx. 200 miles and said the "problem could not be duplicated." (all in writing). Third time our vehicle did the same exact problem, we went to the dealership. The service manager was explained the situation and rudely stated "well, I guess you should have bought the extended warranty." The problem was never resolved, we ended up having the jeep serviced and the calipers, brakes, and rotors were all bad. That "ticking sound" that the salesman said was normal, turns out to be a bad rod and lifters. Now we have a vehicle that we are completely upside down on unable to drive and no way to fix the enormous issues. More
