What a pleasant experience! I walked into WCH yesterday to get an oil change. As my parents and I were waiting for the oil change to be done, we were greeted by a man named Kevin I walked into WCH yesterday to get an oil change. He greeted us with much enthusiasm and a warm smile.... needless to say, we walked out with a brand new Honda Civic 2015, at the best price anyone could ask for!!! Kevin was so friendly, (he even bought my parents and I lunch), he was extremely patient, informative, and was not pushy at all! It took me a while to make my decision and not once did I feel rushed or pressured into anything.
