We had written OTD quotes that were significantly lower from other dealerships, and this dealership explicitly agreed to match that OTD price if we came in. Based on that agreement, we drove 40 minutes to from other dealerships, and this dealership explicitly agreed to match that OTD price if we came in. Based on that agreement, we drove 40 minutes to the dealership. Once we arrived, the agreed OTD price was no longer honored and was increased by approximately $1k+, with no new fees or information disclosed that had not already been discussed beforehand. This was not a misunderstanding — the price change happened only after we arrived, despite the prior agreement to match the lower quote. We made it clear we did not have time to renegotiate when the OTD price had already been confirmed. This occurred on 12/27/2025 with salesperson Christian Genao, and was escalated to manager Robert Swails, but the dealership chose not to honor the agreed price. We left without purchasing. I do not recommend this dealership to buyers who expect written prices and price-match commitments to be honored. More
