Say it aint so!!! I came to the dealership today to get an oil change on my 2008 Honda Crv. 2 hours later I was out the door with a 2015 fully loaded Honda Pilot!! Kevi I came to the dealership today to get an oil change on my 2008 Honda Crv. 2 hours later I was out the door with a 2015 fully loaded Honda Pilot!! Kevin Campbell was outstanding at showing me the pros and cons of what I have now and what made sense for me today and in the future. He was very patient and honest and provided outstanding customer service. Trust me I will recommend Kevin Campbell to all my friends that need a car. More

The bank advised to go to the dealers and request a refund on the GAP insurance. I went to Honda first, it took all of 5 minutes I signed one form. The other dealer asked much more questions and had more paperwork to file which made me go back to Honda to make sure everything was correct and to get the number of the company so that I could check the status. I have been leaving MULTIPLE messages for the finance department to get back to me. After the 4th message with no response I spoke to the receptionist who assured me she would pass my message and inquiry along to the finance manager. I left a few more messages. Never heard back from ANYONE. Its been over a month since I went to the dealer to get a refund on my GAP insurance which at the time I was told it could take 2-3 weeks. After researching and finding the company on our own my wife gets in contact with them and finds out...THE PAPERWORK HAD NEVER BEEN FILED!!! Thank you Wesley Chapel Honda for your follow up, concern, dedication to excellence and your AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I'll be SURE to tell a friend about my experience. More
