Shelley makes going to in for service worth the trip. She knows the mechanics of my car and when asked a question comes back with the answer in the blink of of an eye. I have only delt with the mechanics a few times but they spent the time to explain the problem with my car. Most dealerships short change the customers on the amount of oil that is installed on an oil change and that is the reason I have left two Honda dealerships but at Wesley Chapel Honda oil is filled to the top line.I want what I am paying for! I leave the dealership feeling that I got my money worth and confident that the job was done right.
