I'm currently in the U.S. ARMY Special Forces and my family and I are being stationed overseas to Belgium. I had to have a vehicle that fit my family of 6 but it had to have an engine that was 2.4 liters or less to meet the Belgium road tax laws for registrations. Ned Anderson listened to what I needed and found a 2007 Toyota Highlander that meet those requirements. This was the first dealership that listened to what I needed then found the right vehicle and still did not try to push me to buy. Ned was very professional and made this whole process easy and stress free as possible along with your finance department. Everything from start to finish was great if I'm ever in the area again and need a vehicle this will defiantly be my first choose. More

I was looking to buy a hummer h3 , sumitted credit app online spoke to kimberly , everything was going well got a call from lender wanting more info , sent as requested , the dealer never sent the request online spoke to kimberly , everything was going well got a call from lender wanting more info , sent as requested , the dealer never sent the requested info to the lender , I had to do it my self , then no phone call back for 2 days , I called several times and ask for anyone to call me to give me a up date , that never happened , I ended up going to carmax and got approved for a hummer same year model and less miles , and less money by 4$ , bought in one day , in about 3 hours. guess thats why carmax is the #1 car re seller in america , I will not not ever go to this dealership. Good luck getting anyone to answer your calls or do as they say they will. as for them selling it on craigslist while I had a deal working on it , the dealership reposted it for sale as like it was still for sale and no deal pending , that made me worry to , like a bait and switch. when someone is working a deal on a vehical you dont re offer it for sale right under there nose , its just not good business. My Wife and I came away with the car we wanted and researched. We felt the price was about right, our Salesperson knowledgeable and friendly. He was very helpful through the entire process. The overall process took a little longer than we expected, and we have questions about the Protector, treatment. There were no instructions with this package, and we were lead to believe it would protect the finish on the car. I would like someone to explain how this works and how to remove Love Bugs. We thought the paint was protected form bugs as the advertisment says. We don't know what we can, or cannot use to clean it, but the bugs won't come off. Thank you. Howard E cole More

This is our third visit for service and each time Josh has taken excellent care of us. He is friendly, helpful and knows our vehicle very well. Overall great buying experience. Our sales person was Lisa Vaccaro, she was the ideal salesperson, great listener, not pushy and very polite. She negotiated exactly what we asked. Actually I scheduled a test drive for a car with one of your sales, but when I was told that the car has been sold when I got to your dealership.
