I have been servicing my vehicle here since they opened. On my last visit I was very disappointed with the friendliness of the employees. Stacy had worked at another Honda place and I found him at Wesley Chapel Honda. This dealer is real near why I to go there. Stacy is honest, and when I had a car with the other ownership sit there for many weeks Stacy was the one ray of Sunshine! Shelley also is very good so the new owners have made customer service as it should be. Stacy got the check engine light to go away, when he called so happens my car had a recall so he did take care of that also. The new owners seem to want people Happy! Price got just Ok since Stacy was gone and it did cost lots each time my check engine light did come on. Turns out a leak in the fuel tank which solved my problem Much Thanks to Stacy who had returned! More
I recently took my Honda Odyssey into Wesley Chapel Honda for a recall. I just moved here from Virginia not knowing the area too well or what to expect. I normally don't go into a dealership for service but in this case I had to. My service consultant's name was Shelley ( I hope I spelled it right) Bair. What a really nice and pleasant person to work with. She was extremely knowledgable about my vehicle. She told me what was going to happen and how long I would have to wait there. I wasn't too happy about having to wait and then she told me their courtesy van could take me to the mall and come back and pick me up. So that sounded a lot better than to sit and wait. The young man driving the van was so polite. I received the phone call from the service department about 2 hrs later and they told me my vehicle was ready. The van driver picked me up right where he dropped me off and took me back to dealer, shopping bags and all! He even helped me load my bags into my own van! I told Shelley that I would return to have all my maintenance done there. What a really nice experience I had. Gloria S. More
