That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. We have no information that has been provided to us, what is the customers name, what is the date of the incident, who was the salesperson or the sales manager, how can correct this issue with nothing other than a review with no information being provided.
