Tony went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the minivan that I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided minivan the process was absolutely painless and handled very professionally. I'm still happy with my recent purchase. The service department Devaughn Johnson was great as well! The manager Luis took time out of his busy day to answer questions and shown his great leadership on high customer satisfaction. Thanks to Tony, Luis and Devaughn. LIARS- Spot delivery This car dealership is a building full of deceitful disrespectful liars. My Husband and I thought we purchased a Volkswagen CC two weeks ago. We used This car dealership is a building full of deceitful disrespectful liars. My Husband and I thought we purchased a Volkswagen CC two weeks ago. We used his truck for trade as our down payment, and told them UP FRONT the truck was having issues. The salesman said that is no problem, the bank doesn’t need to know about that. When we left after signing the paperwork, the said they would call us to come in on Monday to pick up our copies once they picked the truck up. For two weeks my husband has been calling for copies of the paperwork, and to let them know there was an issue with the windshield wiper fluid reservoir. My husband finally talked to the salesman Aubrey yesterday, and told him to come in today, and that they would also detail the car again since they did a horrible job the day we bought it, and also fill it up with gas. When we got there we found out not only was Aubrey not there, nor was Fitz who did our financing. A sales manager Eli finally came to talk to us after waiting a ridiculous amount of time, and told us that the bank came back and said they needed $2,500 down additionally or we’d have to give the car back. My Husband called the bank, and they said there was no issues on their end, that is was the dealership that is asking for the money. I went out to get my daughter’s pacifier, and saw they had blocked the car in so we couldn’t leave. He gave us a paper that said we had 48 hours to return the car if we didn’t pay the $2,500. I told him we were leaving to figure out what we were going to do. He told us we could not leave. After I called the police they finally unblocked the car. I asked where our truck we traded was because we would need it back if we return the car. Eli told us it was in the back of the used lot. We drove around both lots, and it was not there. After several phone calls he finally called back, and changed his story that is was at an auction lot. I asked where, and he said he didn’t know maybe St. Pete. He finally gave us paperwork, and the company they said financed wasn’t the same as the day we signed the papers, as well. My Dad called the DMHV, and they said the car isn’t even registered in my name, even though they handed me a registration that day. Safe yourself a trip, and STAY AWAY from this dealership. I caught Eli in several lies today. The only thing he said that was consistent was that they needed $2,500. He finally admitted that they just don’t want to lose money on the deal. They told us the day of purchase there was one owner and no accidents. My brother finally came down to help us today, and Eli happened to see he rolled up in an $85,000 car, and said if my brother would co-sign they could work a brand new deal with a lower rate and payment. My brother replied with if he did that they would knock the price down more than they are asking from us because the car has been in an accident, has been repainted, and has had more than one owner. Another lie. The bottom line is they aren’t worried about anything but losing money! They are complete crooks. They better believe I am going to make it my job to contact every news station, BBB, and anyone else I can to drag them through the mud! More
