Sheldon was at his best First hesitation in getting to any dealership is that these guys are going to force/brainwash me to get a deal. Anyway, Sheldon was very professional and not pushy at all that made us spend little more time at peace, think through and help us make the right decision. He is very detailed and the overall dealership experience has been just pleasant. Let’s not forget the dealership manager who was kind enough to agree to the price negotiated. Hope the same experience continues through my leasing/service period. I request Honda to implement “Do not push Customer” policy across the country. It will definitely boost Honda’s Image. More
