Good Service This was the first service for my Honda CRV which involved oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled the appointment and came in on the day, I was to This was the first service for my Honda CRV which involved oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled the appointment and came in on the day, I was told that it would take an hour and I was prepared to wait. The waiting area was nice and clean. It took a little over an hour but that was okay ( I'm retired). When I got my car back, it had been washed and looked brand new. The service rep. suggested that I come back before my first year expired to take advantage of the free oil change. I appreciated him saying that. Overall a very good experience. More

Great Experience I took the Honda CRV that I purchased from West Broad Honda in for my first service appointment. The experience was far better that I could have ever I took the Honda CRV that I purchased from West Broad Honda in for my first service appointment. The experience was far better that I could have ever hoped. The process of taking my car in was effortless and then I was thrilled to know they had two waiting rooms. One was quiet and it was quite - no cell phone usage or crying children. There was great WIFI, free coffee and donuts too!! The seats were extremely comfortable and there was a table for laptop usage. There were free shuttles to various parts of the city for those who needed a ride but I did utilize that service. I was told when I booked that the process would take 1 1/2 hr and it was 1 1/2 hr to the minute. Really it was the most comfortable wait in a car dealership I have ever had. More

Marcus Freeman has exceptional people experience. Marcus Freeman was so nice and courteous to me. I went in to purchase a new vehicle and he noted I have a mobility issue. He allowed me to test the Marcus Freeman was so nice and courteous to me. I went in to purchase a new vehicle and he noted I have a mobility issue. He allowed me to test the Accord and the Civic but it was the CRV that gave me the best results for entering and exiting the vehicle without struggling. It has been 26 years since I have bought a new vehicle and the technology was overwhelming but Marcus was patient and walked me through the steps.
