Hello Steve, Thank you for taking the time to post a review about West Broad Honda. I am sorry that it was not positive experience for you. I realize that you spoke with the Assistant Service Manager on Saturday. There was a breakdown in communication between the tech and the advisor about why they did not rotate all four of your tires. I understand that they did refund you for the tire rotation due to the confusion. You also noted a comment about a scratch. When speaking with the Assistant Service Manger, he stated that the scratch already had touch up paint on it and he did not feel that the scratch occurred while here on Saturday. He said that he offered to have the area buffed to see if that would make it look any better. Please let us know if you would like to have that taken care of.

Thank you for responding to my concerns. Yes, they did refund my charges for the day and that was appreciated. My main concern is that the Assistant Service Manager basically and repeatedly called me a liar. Whether or not he believed the scratch happened there or not, he could have chosen his words more carefully. The scratch is in the clear-coat and not the paint, which is why he thinks it has been touched up - it hasn't. I would be happy to bring it by to show you and see what you can do to remedy the situation.
