I had an issue affecting the xxxx mechanism on my 2019 Traverse. I took it to a local dealer and got the run around so i called the GM Customer service line. the lady verified that my vehicle was past the Traverse. I called West (where I had purchased the vehicle) and spoke with Eddie. We made an appointment and I took it in on 12/20. The part had to be ordered so I left it there. West provided a rental vehicle and Eddie called me on 12/26 advising me that my vehicle was ready. I was updated daily via text. Somehow it was covered under warranty. I would highly recommend the service Dept. at West. More

Every time I visit, no matter the issue, no matter how difficult the issue, they figure it out and get it taken care of.
