The personnel at West Coast Toyota Long Beach are everything you’d want in terms of customer service. Everyone was warm and inviting. Dianne, Stephny and Mac (the new kid from NY). He’s only been wit everything you’d want in terms of customer service. Everyone was warm and inviting. Dianne, Stephny and Mac (the new kid from NY). He’s only been with the location I do believe he said for 2-3 months. After my 2022 Camry purchase Mac sat aside 30-45 minutes to walk through all of the bells and whistles with my new vehicle. It really helped and I’ve never had a dealership make sure that I understood the vehicle I was purchasing and how to operate. Mac’ even welcomed me to come back if additional orientation was needed. Stephny made the signing process effortless and didn’t let me have it when I messed up on the contract paperwork which we had to start all over because it was for DMV and any mistake would be rejected. Dianne attempted unbeknownst to me to the process easier but my credit union made it more difficult but Dianne did her thing and was extremely responsive to all my questions and were answered with immediate punctuality almost with a sense of urgency. Very rare treatment coming from customer service. All 3 have the patience saints and are the cream of the crop in terms of a team like Phil Jackson, Michael Jordan, and Scottie Pippen!! Don’t ask me who’s who but they’re all equally incredible. 👍🏽 Thank you for my beautiful 2022 Toyota Camry Nightshade and your attentiveness. God bless More
