I did my research on the car, interest rates, insurance, and warranties. He was able to bring down the cost just how I wanted and without a problem. We liked him so much, my boyfriend bought a car the same day right after I signed for mine! In addition, we had Stephy as out financial manager and she was incredible too. Very kind and sweet while also working very quickly. She was able to get us in and out in a timely manner while also providing excellent service. There were no tricks. She even changed the price on my car because I noticed a discrepancy on the lot vs online price. I was stoked to see my monthly payment go down because she honored the price.
