Very happy with my truck but no so much on taking delivery. Waited three hours before taking possession. Was told I would have to bring the truck back the next day to have it detailed. Dropped the tr delivery. Waited three hours before taking possession. Was told I would have to bring the truck back the next day to have it detailed. Dropped the truck off the next day and left it while I went to Buffalo. Truck was there for 3 hours and when I returned the salesman that I bought the truck from was no where to be seen. No one ever went over the operation of the options in the truck and quite frankly whoever detailed the truck did a lousy job. I was never taken down to the service department. Love the truck but very disappointed how the after sale was handled. As far as a maintenance schedule I have no idea when I should bring it in for service. More

Disappointed These guys are terrible. Bought a used car and they didn’t clean the car( still water bottles on the inside, how do you miss those???) and they didn’t These guys are terrible. I’ve now been waiting three weeks for the tonneau cover, still no call even after I stopped in to ask about it. Finally I’m receiving late payment calls on the car I traded in. After the first two calls I talked to Henderson and they told me the check was cut and they would take care of it by the 23rd. It’s now the 28th and just got another call!!! Another lie, I’m not surprised!!! More
