Salesman lie to you and don’t manage natural supply chain issues. It’s out of their hands, but don’t make promises for dates when you know it will be late. Service department will incorrectly install parts (don’t get the HPD package installed here), “complete” work when there is full parts missing (“installed” a non existent HPD spoiler, again don’t get the HPD package installed here), and will charge you for a NYS inspection and not give you the inspection report or the sticker. It’s 1 of 3 things you do everyday, cmon. Getting your free oil change/tire rotation is not even worth taking your vehicle to this place. If they didn’t sell Hondas they would not be in business. I have had to come here 3 times in the past year and the experience has been bad every time. They KNOW it was bad because they offer gift cards everytime! More
