I had a real good experience with Tony DeTraglia on my 2nd vehicle (in 2011). His warm & engaging personality and honesty made the car buying process go well and left a lasting impression on me. So when we needed to purchase another vehicle recently, I connected with Tony again and he was able to orchestrate a great deal for us on a Certified Used Honda Civic. He also made it a point to spend time with us going over all the feature, electronic controls, syncing the phone to the car's Bluetooth HandsFree Link. On the financing side of the deal, Stefanie Northrup was very friendly and listened to our desired financing arrangement. In the process, she identified a lower financing APR than we initially expected so that was welcome news. Stefanie also worked out a special deal for us on the 8 yr / 100K mile Honda Care extended service coverage. All in all, it was simply another great purchase experience at Ontario Honda... no pressure, just satisfaction in getting a great car at a fair price. More

There was a small problem with the car and Ontario Honda stood by the car until it was fixed to my satisfaction. Scott Flanagan at the satellite dealership, the personnel at the main office in Canandaigua and the service department in Canandaigua have ALL been outstanding in their treatment of me and the vehicle. Professional, fair, very pleasant and service oriented. It is quite obvious that they want you to love your car choice and I do. I would recommend this dealership for any new or used car purchase. Absolutely. Long review: I bought a used minivan at the Ontario Honda satellite used car dealership from Scott Flanagan. I stopped in one day interested in a vehicle on the lot. It had been sold, but Scott took the time to discuss my needs, took my phone number in case an appropriate car came in and he was brutally honest about prices of the vehicle I was interested in. A trip to the Kelly Blue Book at home online showed me that Scott was absolutely correct. Hondas hold their value. A few weeks later, I saw a car listed online that had just came into Ontario Honda's inventory and I went to see it. It had not been run through their specs yet, but Scott and I discussed a fair price and he allowed me to test drive the car. I asked if I could take the car for a day to have my mechanic look it over and Scott was very agreeable to this. He gave me a full service history and carfax of the car. My mechanic said the car was in good shape outside of a small leak. He also said that if Ontario Honda had gone over it according to used car specs and they were willing to stand behind their car, it was close to buying a certified pre-owned vehicle. I told Scott that if the small leak were repaired, I would be happy to buy the minivan. He agreed and the sale was made. When I got the repaired car home, there was still a leak. Very minor - a drip of oil every 12 hours, but still, a leak. In the end, I needed to take the car back in two more times for the mechanics to figure out where the leak was. They explained leaks are tricky to find and my mechanic agreed. Each time, they were pleasant and professional and furnished me with a loaner car overnight so I would not have to wait. I spoke to the main office's sales manager in regards to how long they would stand by the vehicle because it was high mileage and they were only obligated to warranty it for 30 days. Mr. Aiello assured me that the warranty would be extended til the problem was fixed and that was indeed the case. I was very impressed with all personnel that I dealt with that they would get the job done. That shows me character, professionalism and courtesy in a field where some dealers sorely lack. I'm sold. If I were to suggest to anyone a car dealer that excels on all fronts (inventory, car quality, sales, price, service and integrity), I would suggest Ontario Honda. I love my car. Incidentally, I bought my last used car from Ontario Honda 13 years ago. Loved that car too. Really had no allegiance to Ontario Honda before, but I do now. Great place to do business with. More
