West Herr Honda of Canandaigua

Was sold a CRV that had a bad transmission and they knew it and sold it to me without disclosing that information. I had it "fixed" 3 times the first year I had it and then when it failed completely they pr it and sold it to me without disclosing that information. I had it "fixed" 3 times the first year I had it and then when it failed completely they promised to replace the transmission at their expense. Well I have been in their loaner car since September and it is now Febuary while I get constant excuses why it hasn't been fixed yet. I honestly think they are just waiting for me to give up and buy a new car. I am shocked by the shadiness of this business and would not recommed them to anyone!!!! More
