Thankfully Ontario Mazda is the kind of dealer you want. They take the time to understand which model Mazda you want and how you would like it configured; and then work to get it for you. Their pricing is very competitive and they value well maintained 'trade-in' vehicles. That made a big difference to me. All in all, the purchase experience was one of the best I've had. Their service department is highly regarded and I know I can depend on them when my new Mazda CX-5 will ever need repair or service. New Vehicle I went to the Auto Show and fell in love with the Mazda CX-5. Once again, I am delighted with this transaction. Ontario Mazda’s appraisal value for my ’08 exceeded the blue book value I calculated on-line and I also got an additional $5,000 off sticker. Being the shrewd negotiator that she is, she kept her emotions under the radar, and did not show her hand.Negotiations began, but it wasn't long before my Irish temper flared and Chris called for reinforcements. Joe Cordeiro enters the fray and thankfully, their cooler heads prevailed, and I was reigned in ! Negotiations continued and my daughter and I closed a deal that was agreeable to all parties thanks to the friendliness and professionalism of Chris and Joe. Upon picking the vehicle up, Chris spent more than ample time explaining all the intricacies of the vehicle to my daughter, so she would not leave without full knowledge of the proper operation of it. We dealt with Jill and Chris, and Joe worked out a deal for us that was exceptionally fair. This is our 6th different Mazda we have owned and our loyalty lies with Ontario Mazda. I love the looks of all of their vehicles and the performance and reliability of them is top notch. We previously owned a Mazda 3 and traded it in for a Mazda 6 for the extra space and better gas mileage than we where previously getting. We will continue to deal with Ontario Mazda and always tell people to go there! More
