Justine was referred to me by one of her previous clients. She (J) was one of two sales associates / dealerships we contacted . She was the second . I don't have enough accolades to describe our association. I gave her lemons, and she made lemonade. She did not have “ the car....... or any car” I was interested in leasing. However, she did not want to let us “go out the door empty handed” . Her demeanor, persistence, expert knowledge and determination to “close the sale” won us over. Along with Jon Clark and Justine, we did not leave “empty handed.” Jon running out to the parking lot in 17” of snow and frigid cold weather...near zero degrees.... and pitch dark to give us the “magic numbers” was a sight to behold.
