I have bought a few vehicles in my days, mostly its an experience filled with trepidation, stress, and no small amount of anxiety. Lets face it salesmen are there for one purpose and one purpose only... they are there to sell you a vehicle, right? I have had experiences ranging from falling short of threatening to the use of various forms of coercion and psychology. In all cases when I left the lot, I felt relieved, drained and less then when I walked in the door, but that's normal right? Well today I bought a new Dodge 1500 Ram truck from West Hills Dodge and the experience was none of these. I guess I will have to find a new category to describe this experience, something a kin to exhilarating, exciting, uplifting, or maybe just wrap it all up in one word Incredible!. From the moment I walked in the door, I was taken care of, listened to, and treated with respect and importance, yeah that's it they made me feel important. Chuck and John took great care of us, they walked us through what can at times be a daunting and intimidating experience and made it fun, enjoyable and pleasant. We got one heck of a deal, and they even threw in a free barbeque grill, and they treated us like we were the most important people there. I have to also speak to the expert care we had with the Amelia as she took us through reams of paperwork so quickly and so painlessly that we hardly realized when the process was ended. She explained things clearly, listened to our questions and always kept a smile and a pleasant attitude. We appreciate so much the attention we received from all that we had business with in buying this truck, if we could give you all Amelia, John and Chuck the highest score we would choose to do so.
