Shortly after we showed up on the lot we were greeted by very lovely young lady by the name of Lauren. She showed us exactly the model we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and even showed my wife a newer version of our dodge. After taking a drive in the wrangler and not being satisfied we turned to the Ram. Lauren was happily running around getting vehicle keys for us. Long story short we drove the truck, the wife wanted it and Lauren made it happen. Great service for a lady in distress! When I started my Jeep last Wed., the dash screen said "Service the transmission"! And all the lights were lit on the shifter, too! Not something I wa When I started my Jeep last Wed., the dash screen said "Service the transmission"! And all the lights were lit on the shifter, too! Not something I wanted to see on my very busy day. I called the service dept. @ West Hills, spoke with David Crawford. He said to bring it in, he also gave me an 800 # for towing, if needed. When I got there he'd already arranged for a rental car. Received a call from David Thur. AM, he said it needed a new shifter, which had been ordered. He said the Jeep would be ready on Friday by 2 or 3. When I got there about 3:30, my Jeep was ready, just some paperwork [there's always paperwork!] & I was out the door & on my way home by 4 PM. I live in Port Townsend, a 100 mile round trip, so do appreciate this efficiency. Carol H. More

After some initial talks & haggling, we got into some serious negotiations. Chuck was so helpful in guiding us through the process.
