Warranty repair After my first experience with West Hills service department I really did not wish to take my car in for the second appointment for repair. I checked my vehicle in with Charlie Brummett, there service consultant. Charlie informed me about how long my stay would be, offered shuttle service to my house(within ten miles). I elected to wait and told Charlie that I would look around. Within two hours Charlie found me and told me the work was completed, and my new license plates were in, To sum it up, Charlie kept me informed, was up on about how long the repair would take, and offered shuttle service. That sure beat the pants off my first experience with the service dept. Thank you Charlie Brummett. More

Buying on a Whim So, to start off we didnt buy brand new from this dealer. However we did buy a Used Pickup from Rico. It was my Husband's birthday and he had told me about this Pickup truck that caught his attention and it was fresh on the lot. He told me the price and the details and we made our way down to the dealership to take a look. Well a few hours later we had signed off on everything and we were bringing the truck home soon. Rico, the other sales folk and the financial lady took very good care of us. And tolerated my daughter's high energy as well as my Anxiety of being even at a dealership. those places make me nervous. we were talking to Rico, he had some Navy sea stories as so did we. So breaking the ice was easy. no gimmics or antics just straight up. i apprciated that. sorry about the popcorn mess. my daughter thought it was an endless supply! Rico made sure to call us to let us know when the truck will be ready. It did take almost a week but i understand the holiday weekend put a damper on things. All the work turned out great and the truck is beautiful! thank you for all your help. More

Awesome I was sent to this dealership by mistake, I usually go tot the Toyota Dealership for my oil changes. But this dealership way made up for the mistake. I was able to entertain my kids the whole time with their popcorn and great selection of toy cars. In fact I had to carry my son out crying because he didn't want to leave. Best part though was they finished half an hour earlier then expected. More

He answered my questions and when he did not know, he found out and got back to me promptly. Although it's never pleasant to pay for car repairs, excellent customer service made the experience less painful. I will return! More

Not happy with being charged for a rental! We took our 2012 town and country in because the check engine light was on. I was very happy that Charlie was able to get me in right away! I was told We took our 2012 town and country in because the check engine light was on. I was very happy that Charlie was able to get me in right away! I was told it would take a day to find out what is wrong with it and I could pay for a rental. I agreed to do that. Charlie called later that day to say that the van had an error code and needed to be fixed and that it is covered under warranty. He also said the van is not drivable till fixed and the part need is on back order and didn't have an estimate on time of arrival. I asked about keeping the rental longer and he said that was fine but I would still have to pay the $35 a day rental fee. I understand having to pay for the rental for the diagnosis but now that it is something that is covered by warranty and the part to fix it is on back order you would think I wouldn't have to pay for a rental. I'm just so frustrated! More
