A Top Notch Dealership!!! I had been researching a new truck for about a month. I had come into the dealership a few times during this period and met with Frank Jeffers to go o I had been researching a new truck for about a month. I had come into the dealership a few times during this period and met with Frank Jeffers to go over the many options for me to consider on my next (3rd) Ram investment. After deciding what I wanted, Frank completed a search for the vehicle I wanted and checked on doing a factory order. With all of his efforts and putting up with me! He was able to find a vehicle at another dealership that had all but one option that I wanted and completed a dealer trade to get the vehicle to West Hills. Today I dropped the vehicle off at West Hills to have the one option add to my truck. This was a very pleasurable experience for me and my wife on the purchase. And the employees at West Hills tolerated me through the whole process. My wife and others have told me that I am not always the easiest person to deal with!?!? After the vehicle arrived and all of my needs where met, we moved into the finance department and met with Amelia Riesman and she was another pleasure to work with. She made the process simple and enjoyable to complete. We have bought many new vehicles over the years, but this would have to be the most organized, pleasurable, and professional experience that my wife and I have ever experienced. We were introduced to the sales and service managers during our purchase to make sure that everything was taken care of in the ordering of the one option that we needed installed. Again all top notch people! I have dealt with Hugh Jetter before in the service department and was always treated with respect and professionalism from him and his employees. We will continue to have our vehicles serviced by them, as we have for years. And we will now only buy or vehicles through Frank Jeffers. All of these people are what makes this dealership as great and successful as the are. This is what keeps the Hazelwood / Wiler family at the top of their profession.
