Great Used Honda Odyssey I went to West Hills CJD to purchase a used car (my first car purchase), and I had the pleasure of working with Chad Bass. I told him all the things t I went to West Hills CJD to purchase a used car (my first car purchase), and I had the pleasure of working with Chad Bass. I told him all the things that I was looking for in a used car, and what my price range was, and that I had already done some pretty extensive research from the West Hills website. He spent hours looking all over the 5 used lots that they have access to in order to find, sit in, and test drive as many cars as I wanted. What really surprised me was Chad's total honesty in talking me out of certain cars, and explaining why they weren't right for me. I really felt like the Honda Odyssey we decided on was the best car for me in the entire Autoplex. When the dreaded price negotiation came up, everything went much smoother than expected, and it was less than 10 minutes from the time I made my first offer to the time that we were able to settle on a price that we both felt was fair (and was within my aforementioned price range). Even during financing, Chad kept checking in to make sure everything was going well. And the cherry on top was that I was able to get a better financing interest rate than I thought I would qualify for! All in all, I can only hope that every car purchasing experience in the future will be as easy and productive as this was - and it likely will be, as I intend on going back to Chad at West Hills CJD. Thanks Chad and West Hills CJD for a great experience! More

Purchase of new Ram 1500 diesel From the first minute we stepped onto the property and greeted by Lance Roeske at West Hills in Bremerton, WA we were treated as if we were the most From the first minute we stepped onto the property and greeted by Lance Roeske at West Hills in Bremerton, WA we were treated as if we were the most important customer of the day. We appreciated Lance's no pressure attitude and eagerness to answer all of our questions and show us the maximum number of vehicles possible. Since the 1500 Ram diesel was not available yet, Lance promised to follow through and keep us informed as to availability. As soon as it was possible to order the truck, Lance contacted us and invited us back to process our order. As usual, his low pressure sales attitude was greatly appreciated. We followed through with Lance and ordered the vehicle. Lance continued his great service by contacting us weekly with updates on the production, processing and expected delivery dates for the truck we ordered. After delivery Lance followed through with an addition to the vehicle order and making sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. The service department carried out the work with great professionalism again making us feel like very important customers. We thank West Hills for all of the great service provided and look forward with a continued relationship. More
