Everyone was extremely helpful. Don Buesen was my agent, but if someone else could be of help they would be. When I first walked in I was allowed to look around at my leisure without being "attacked" by an but if someone else could be of help they would be. My first visit I just wanted some information and didn't want a sales pitch as I was going to look at other companies (Ford, Chevy, etc.) and left. I came back when I had decided that I wanted a Jeep, but still was not interested in taking a test drive. At this time Don gave me much more information and helped me out with how to use my "Jeep Site". I then got it narrowed down to a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo E or Limited; and came back for a test drive. I decided on the Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo E, but was somewhat concerned about how big they were. I spied the Cherokee and Don told me it was smaller, and offered to take me on a test drive (without pressuring me for the more expensive model). I found that I preferred the Cherokee over the Grand Cherokee and Don made it happen. Your financial agent was great too, and though I can't remember his name, I am sure Don will know it and I want to give him credit also for making this a stress free, almost pleasurable experience. Had a great experience with John K. He is so knowledgable about the cars he is selling and offered great advice and explained everything so well we were so comfortable about our choice. I came to West Hills CJDR because I have had vehicles serviced in the past, and they came highly recommended. The sales team are all long term employees, they do not have the high turnover that other aut serviced in the past, and they came highly recommended. The sales team are all long term employees, they do not have the high turnover that other auto groups have. This means they really know their products. John was very nice and low pressure which I appreciated. Freddy came in on his day off to insure that everything was running smoothly and called me the next day to follow up. The General Manager Mike Seney was very fair with helping us reach our goals with this purchase financially. I will be doing business exclusively with this dealership in the future, as I have three children that will be needing cars in the next 6 months to 3 years. More

Outstanding experience! The Grand Cherokee I bought was the price it was advertised at and it was still at the dealership when I got there. Freddy was very knowledgable on the product, a rare trait, asked questions, he had answers. I was transferred over to Chad in the process due to a prior commitment and they never skipped a beat. No pressure, knowledgable of the product, price as advertised or better, and a friendly environment made my purchase as enjoyable as a car sale could be. Give them a shot, but just remember to do your research, get a pre approved loan, and don't expect the impossible. Good luck. More
