Let me start by saying the experience was great. It was great when we bought my wife's car at the West Hills Honda and it continued here. From start to finish most of the employees worked hard to keep my spirits up in what is always a difficult process. They listened to my concerns about the vehicle and worked to rectify them time and again. My one complaint would be that the dealership sets up it's employees for failure. When negotiations occur the manager or person with the numbers should just be involved from the start. Otherwise I am arguing with someone who is trying to put their best logic to why the manager's price is the way it is and I wait a half hour between each negotiation. It's not fair to the customer and it's not fair to the employee and there is no way it's efficient even if there is multiple negotiations happening. More
