I will not be returning to this dealership. We had a scheduled appointment for over a month only to drop the car off and not have it looked at for about 3 to 4 days before they even started any We had a scheduled appointment for over a month only to drop the car off and not have it looked at for about 3 to 4 days before they even started any work. Of course, this was a huge inconvenience to wait for them to get their schedule right. Then, when they started looking at the vehicle, they opened up the Engine air filter compartment and found a rodent had brought about 20 pretzels into the space. They called us and said it would be $130 to clean. We rejected that saying we would do it ourselves. They put the engine air filter back in and buttoned up the system, then went on to do the repair that we originally brought the car in for. Four days later, the repair to an axle seal was finally complete. They had the vehicle with them for well over a week to do a repair on an issue that required no time to diagnose since we told them it was the issue when the appointment was scheduled. The most frustrating part of this visit was that when we got the vehicle home it took us about two minutes to get into the engine air filter compartment and about 45 seconds to clean it out. I cannot believe that anyone would have put it back together and not reached in there and grabbed three handfuls of pretzels and then put it back together. You will no longer have our business! More
