I sarcastically told him he was welcome to have mine if he found me exactly what I wanted. He asked if I was serious... he somehow brought me exactly what I wanted that hadn't hit the lot yet. Needless to say, we've now purchased several vehicles from Dallas and refer him to everyone we can. We highly recommend Dallas!! When our daughter was looking to make her first purchase this week, we handed her over to him. Of course he took wonderful care of her and she left with the car she wanted and happy as can be! After the initial purchase though, it went completely downhill. Since then they've been dishonest and decieving. Sad to say the only reason I'll go back is for my car service, and that's ONLY because I already paid for the service package. More

Complete lack of professionalism, and customer service purchased a jeep from west hills cryslter, jeep, dodge...our experience left much to be desired..our sales person lacked the basic knowledge of the ca purchased a jeep from west hills cryslter, jeep, dodge...our experience left much to be desired..our sales person lacked the basic knowledge of the car we were interested in, thankfully we had done our research and knew what we were looking for. I don't think he said more than 5 words during the whole time he was working with us. We mostly did all the price negotiating with the used car sales manager. There was a complete lack of customer service at this dealership, the sales people act like YOU the buyer need to work for their business not the other way around. On the day we picked up our car, they had told us they changed the oil but the oil was black and dirty and there was no write up of it on the shop report, but they swore they had done it! (Insert eye roll) When it came time to sign papers the f&i manager Ronald pretti completely forgot to collect our down payment, and called my husband AFTER we had left the dealership and were home. He had my husband meet him somewhere to collect our down payment!! Are you kidding me?? Extremely shady and unprofessional..I would never buy from this dealership again, our experience just reconfirmed my thought that all care salesmen and shady and snake like! You should make they buyer feel comfortable and taken care of during the whole process, and this was no where to be found! More
