Reggie Ross is AMAZING!! We have bought 3 vehicles from Reggie and he never disappoints!! New purchase I had arranged a meeting time thru USAA, and was promptly met by your representative (Morgan).She introduced me to Dexter. I told him I was very happy with the truck that I owned ( a 2005 Ram), and would probably not buy. He patiently showed me a vehicle, explained the new technology quite well, and somehow convinced me I really should buy a new one. He was not at all pushy. Just pleasant and knowledgeable. In the meantime someone looked over my truck, and then we got down to the buying and trading process. It was a very smooth process. I received a fair value for my truck, and some nice deductions on the new vehicle. In the process I also talked to Jerry, and he was very pleasant. He patiently test drove numerous cars with my wife and I way past his scheduled work hours on a Saturday. He knew the answer to every question I had between models and trim levels. He offered to come in on his day off to show us more cars. He was very prompt replying to emails and texts. After I purchased my grand Cherokee he spent all the time I needed to get me familiarized with the bells and whistles. I was extremely impressed and I plan on going back to Reggie Ross for all our car purchasing in the future. I highly recommend him! More
