Excellent Service and Support Mike Alden and Frank Jeffers (finance) was fully supportive of our purchase. We had recently experienced a very challenging and difficult ordeal with our former Jeep Grand Cherokee with the service department and were very reluctant to return to the dealership. However, Mike completely understood our situation, was fully supportive and found 2 cars we desired to purchase. He worked several hours getting the right deal and thru Frank in finance we finally were able to make the purchase of 2 Jeeps at an acceptable price and rate. He presented me with a vast portfolio of different car options and explained to me advantages and disadvantages between different car manufacturers, advantages to buy new or used and option to purchase or lease. I did present to him what I'm looking for in a car and what price range I'm comfortable with. Dallas did all the work and he got me the right car for a incredible price.
