Fantastic Truck buying experience at West Hills Chrysler In October I went into the West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership to see if I could find a specific Ram 1500. I wanted a Ram 1500 Laramie in a Blue In October I went into the West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership to see if I could find a specific Ram 1500. I wanted a Ram 1500 Laramie in a Blue Streak Pearl color and it had to have the RAMBOX. After several horrible experiences at other dealerships in the recent past trying to get this specific truck, Reggie Ross spent considerable time helping me order a new truck from the factory. He made sure to get the truck exactly the way I wanted it. When there was some confusion over an accessory not listed on the purchase agreement, Mr. Ross worked to get the price of the accessory reduced. The build and transit of the truck from Michigan to Washington took almost 6 weeks. Mr. Ross kept me up to date with the construction date of the truck as well as its location as it made its way to me. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, Mr Ross worked very hard to get the LINEX installed in the bed, truck cleaned, and paperwork completed so I could pick it up. Jon Post in Financing did a fabulous job talking with us while signing paperwork, but not drawing it out. I have been stuck in the financing department at many dealerships before and this was by far the easiest. Testament to Reggie and Jon. Couldn't be happier with the truck. Pleasant Car Buying Experience My husband and I went to West Hills to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We met with Reggie Ross and since I was considering the Eco Diesel, we plann My husband and I went to West Hills to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We met with Reggie Ross and since I was considering the Eco Diesel, we planned on driving the gas engine model AND another vehicle with the Eco Diesel engine (they didn't have a Grand Cherokee with the Eco Diesel on the lot). I was really impressed with the ride of the JGC but a Citadel also caught our eye so I test drove that as well. Reggie did a great job and helping us to compare the features and benefits of the Citadel and the JGC. I would have been very happy with either vehicle so it really came down to price and financing. Reggie worked very hard to meet the demands of my husband who knew what he wanted us to pay for the vehicle. We were able to take advantage of Costco pricing, dealer incentives, 0% financing and negotiate a super price for what I consider a great SUV. From start to finish, Reggie checked in to see if we were satisfied, asked if we were willing to continue, he did not pressure us or make us feel in any way like we were not in control of our time there. He was well informed of the details of all their vehicles (and beyond - a real car enthusiast)! It was a pleasure dealing with him and with West Hills. More
