WOW! Great Product, Pleasant Experience, Fantastic Staff! From initial contact via website and emails with Brianna....to driving off the lot after Reggie showed me all the features of our new Jeep Grand Chero From initial contact via website and emails with Brianna....to driving off the lot after Reggie showed me all the features of our new Jeep Grand Cherokee; I'd have to say that the total process and experience was easy, comfortable and enjoyable....as buying a new vehicle should be but often isn't at other dealers. We would highly recommend West Hills CJD because besides providing a great value (they will not be beat on price) all the staff have great attitudes and treated me with patience and respect. They listen well, are easy to get a hold of and respond quickly to questions and/or concerns. My initial contact was Brianna Williams over the Internet. Brianna is a clear and concise communicator who had straight forward pricing and options for us that made the 'buying decision' an 'easy' one. She was quick to reply and follow up on our additional questions. We were then introduced to Cody Watts who became our sales consultant. Cody took our Jeep GC factory order and kept us informed as to its arrival. Our order came in just under eight weeks which was right on time. Cody (along with John Kielbasa) is our advocate when it comes to working out a discrepancy in the factory standard feature list with Jeep corporate. They're on the side of their customers which is refreshing and much appreciated. The only painful part of the whole experience is writing a check. But Ronald Pretti (finance) made even that as 'fun' as it could be. Ron has a great sense of humor....especially for a 'numbers guy' and we had a lot of good laughs while going over all the legalese and paperwork. I appreciated his explanation of additional products and services that were offered and for creating an environment that was informative and respectful of any decisions/purchases made. We cannot forget Reggie Ross who covered for Cody on the day our new JGC arrived. Reggie (sales consultant) was alerted to our arrival and had everything ready to rock n' roll. We went for a test drive, filled out the paperwork, went over the features of the vehicle, answered all my questions and ensured us that if there was anything we needed after driving off the lot...to just ask. Reggie is very professional, a good listener and made me feel comfortable throughout the new sales process. In summary, if you are looking for a Jeep (or Chrysler/Dodge) be sure to check with West Hills in Bremerton before making a final decision. We live in Sammamish, WA ( about 90 minutes away ) and although West Hills is not a convenient location for us to purchase from, they are the BEST place to purchase from in regards to value and integrity of the sales and support team members. Chuck was a pleasure to work with, as always and Jamie Robertson was quick to assist and help in scheduling. The whole staff is friendly and easy to work with. Definitely not pushy like most car salesman I have dealt with before. Definitely a great place to visit when buying or even thinkin lg of buying a new car.
