Finally! A Service Center we want to go to again! We had been having issues with the dealership we'd bought our Jeep Cherokee from. Basically their service department was driving us nuts. I called Tara at West Hills Jeep's Service Center and she was awesome!!! She answered all of my questions, as we had recall notices and an engine light on (which I had the code for). Our appointment was made, confirmation beforehand showed that she had actually taken notes on our previous conversation. Scott called us to explain everything that had been worked on, and wanted to make sure we didn't have any other concerns before picking it up. Our Jeep was actually ready in the amount of time they said it would take. We were so happy to have a positive service experience! If we have any more issues, we will definitely go back to West Hills. More
