Trips to the traditional dealership with pushy sales reps, overpriced cars, and feelings of distrust seem to be the norm anytime we walk into a dealership. I can not express how different our experience was working with Chuck!!! Chuck LISTENED to us and was therefore able to find the perfect car to meet our needs. We told him we wanted an SUV and he has done all his homework before our appointment. We changed our minds when we arrived and Chuck was flexible and helped us narrow down choices to fit our needs. He didn't just show us the most expensive car or the car all the sales reps want to sell and get rid of. We walked out that day with the perfect car for our situation and were thrilled. All of the employees Chuck had us interact with were also top notch. I do not have one negative thing to say about our experience and look forward to sending my friends and family members to a professional that is looking out for their best interest. More

Incorrect service diagnostics wont honor warranty Brought our 2012 JKU into get noise under the hood looked at. West Hills Dodge identified it as a bad power steering pump. They replaced the pump and Brought our 2012 JKU into get noise under the hood looked at. West Hills Dodge identified it as a bad power steering pump. They replaced the pump and alternator under the manufacturers warranty. 6 months later I returned to West Hills to have our jeep looked at again as the noise returned. West Hills confirmed the power steering pump to be bad but refused to cover it under warranty. The service mis-manager refused to even speak with me about their decision. I had to contact Jeep Customer Care myself to get authorization. The service manager even refused to return repeated calls from Jeep Customer Care about the warranty work not being honored by West Hills. I received authorization from jeep and took our Jeep to Tacoma Dodge for repairs. Tacoma Dodge analyzed our jeep having a bad alternator and idler pulley, the power steering pump was fine. They replaced the alternator under warranty and even courtesy replaced the idler pulley. Do not take your vehicle here if you want proper service for your vehicle. I will not ever deal with this dealership again. More
