Not enough stars to rate West Hills and John Powers (Salesman). To start off with my Wife and I arrived at the Dealership from Port Angeles to just look around and see what they had in stock. John our assigned sales rep was extremely helpful and accommodating and brought up a list of vehicles to look at according to our requirements. At no time did we feel that we were being up sold John's main concern was to show us everything that West Hills had based on our needs and price range. West Hills is EXTREMELY VETERAN FRIENDLY so a shout out to all you Veterans looking for something new or used. Anyway we found the perfect used vehicle my wife loved and went through the purchasing process but there was a problem on our end......we drove my truck to West Hills instead of my Wife's vehicle that we wanted to use as a trade in so guess what happened and this speaks volumes for their customer service. My Wife drove her chosen vehicle back to Port Angeles and John followed her to pick up our old trade in vehicle and this was about 10 PM at night!! I have to give a shout out to Chad the finance guy which I rate at 5 stars as well. Depending upon your credit score this guy will bend over backwards for you in getting you the best interest rate possible. Originally our intrest rate was a little over 7 percent but he got it down to a little more than 4 percent. For those of us who are or was with the Armed Forces Chad the finance guy is our biggest supporter. Thank you John and Chad the finance guy!! More

Brian, Shawn, &Ray did a great job making sure we were satisfied with our purchase of a new Ford Ranger truck. We came in to buy a used F150, but none of them were what I was looking for. John was a class A performer in the sense where he listened to my needs, was not too pushy, and showed me many options to make sure that I was happy. I fell in love with the first car I test drove, but he still wanted to make sure that I saw every single option so that I would walk out of the dealership happy.
