Our experience was kicked off by helpful information and appointment scheduling by Monica. This led to what was probably our easiest and *shortest* trip to a dealer for a vehicle purchase. They were very considerate of the long drive we made to get there. Our intended vehicle was ready for us to look at, and the paperwork process was the easiest we’ve had. Jaden provided exceptional service showing us the ins and outs of the vehicle, and Chad was wonderful on the financial side—he had a very good sense of our willingness to opt into any of the “extras.” He took the time to explain things like Gap, extended warranties, etc., but did not engage in any kind of hard sell. There was a bit of a hiccup early in our visit in terms of an unexpected charge, but they ultimately waived it; we ended up paying what we expected to based on the homework we’d done ahead of time. Overall, would highly recommend! More
