Hi Daryen Wesisbord You should really improve on your communication skills and train your receptionist. Here are the reasons why: 1. You have failed to actually attend to the issue she had with the car until she repeatedly asked for an update - it was not till 11:37AM that you were able to quote $430.65 for the needed part and another $1,000+ of "recommended services" 3. Your Receptionist has been extremely rude to the 80-year old lady and was reluctant to explain the delay when I called in. Her response was "I am not playing here, I am busy! I don't know when the service will be done, it is up to the Supervisor to decide on that. I don't know how to accept payments over the phone, I will have someone else reach out to you with a CC Auth Form" 4. At 11:56AM you email the CC Auth Form - I call back the Receptionist and ask what amount I should put onto the Form. Her response: "As I said ALREADY, it is up to the Supervisor, you just have to WAIT" 5. At 1:49PM, there is still no update on the work or the payment amount - I call in. The Receptionist: "Wait I will get the Supervisor" 6. You (the Supervisor I assume): I am not letting this lady drive off without payment - me: "What are you talking about? No one is trying to leave without payment. Gimme the exact charge amount and you'll have the CC Auth form in half a minute. All I am asking is whether the service is complete. Your Customer's been there for 6 hours and is not feeling well. I need to know if I should get her an Uber or wait longer" 7. You (the Supervisor) gets into "I ain't letting nobody leave without payment" thing again - me: "Did you understand what I was just saying? I am sending you the form as we speak. All I am asking is how much longer is this gonna take? - You: "I need to first see the payment" - me: "xxx??" - he hangs up 8. I call in again - the Receptionist doesn't want to talk, refers to the Supervisor again. The Supervisor graces me with his attention - now that he got the signed CC Auth Form: "It will take a few minutes to process the payment, you have to wait" 9. Fine, I can wait. But do not xxxxing make an 80-year old lady sit there with no updates, no communication, and threaten to keep her keys you mean evil people More
Worst dealership i have ever dealt with, been dealing with car dealerships for over 40 years! Car was ordered and supposed to be delivered in 10 bays from plant in Alabama. After waiting three weeks, i had to go to the dealership and tell them you have one more week, or the deal is off! What do you know, the car was there three days later! Picked up the new car and dropped off the trade in car three weeks ago, and today i get an auto payment taken out of my bank account for the car i traded in three weeks ago, so i call the people who financed my trade, only to be told that West Houston Hyundai hasn't paid it off yet! I've been lied to so many times by these people, so i will be visiting them in the morning! My advice is to stay as far away from this dealership as you can! More
They use bait and will force you to buy another vehicle. Sales guy Alex is not a normal person very aggressive and will lie on your face. And when caught blame everything on manager. They will run your credit and then come back to say car is sold. West Houston Hyundai should be ashamed of themselves no integrity just wants to rob people and lies. More

I had to call more than 10 times to have contact to parts department. Every time that I want check on the parts that I ordered I had to tried days to have them in the pone. IF I COULD DO A 0 STAR I WOULD. They will run your credit and then come back and say car was sold and use BAIT and SWITCH tactic which was admitted to being used by GENERAL MANAGER. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO INTEGRITY!!! Worst car dealership I ever dealt with! HUB HYUNDAI OF KATY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. We tried to purchase with them on 12/31/20 and with their treatment and tactics we decided to go to another Hyundai dealership and HUB Hyundai lost our business. We bought a 2021 Hyundai Elantra for our son. Worst thing is the bait and switch car is still there and it is 1/14/21!! We had friends call when they said it was sold. Still there, it is a loaner car with miles so it can still be considered new since it was never titled... but never were told that information. What a scam! I have posted the exact car with the VIN so you can see what type of crooks they are! BE WARNED! THEY HAVE SHADY PRACTICES AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED! More
Horrible experience at this location. I've been a Hyundai customer for 3 years and I should have been treated better. First of all they did a bait n switch. I was yes'd to death prior to going that they had customer for 3 years and I should have been treated better. First of all they did a bait n switch. I was yes'd to death prior to going that they had 2020 Hyundai Black Sonatas with great specials and could accommodate my needs. I get there and all of a sudden there are no more 2020 in black, only 2021. I said "can you transfer over specials?" They again yes'd me to death said yes there are great specials. I also was turning in a 2018 lease with 5K less miles on it then on my contract and they didn't want to "wash" my loan out and tried to low ball me and put the difference into the sell price of the new lease which is ridiculous. Also the monthly payment they offered was nearly doubled than what I'm paying now. They didn't even want to negotiate with me and let me walk out the door. I guess this manager never heard of ABC. Always be Closing! I will never return here due to the incompetent leasing manager at hub Hyundai! of Katy!! More

Two friends recommended Hub Hyundai of Katy so I called on the phone. I was so lucky to be connected with Leonard Moore. I told him I was looking for a used small SUV, no more than 2 model years old, low mileage and had a maximum of $20K, all in including TTL. He went out to the lot and called me back the same day saying he had 3 options for me. When I got there, he had (as promised) 3 vehicles (1 Hyundai and 2 Mitsubishi's - the Hub dealerships are side by side and share resources. Mileages ranged from 12K to 37K but The Hyundai Kona had lots of options in addition to having the lowest mileage so we moved forward with that one. The "all in" price was under my limit so we struck a deal. Leonard did a great job locating a vehicle I am very happy with and took the time to explain all the features, helped to pre-set warning systems, radio stations, etc. Great guy, knowledgeable about his inventory and vehicle features, and easy to work with...that is a winner in my book. More
