Sir. When I first contacted Eric via phone with the stock number of the car I was interested in, I think he should have made a little effort to at least review the add. I also stated that I was looking for a car based solely on price, a key and heater model. The add listed the car at a little over 10k, but should have read no one alive actually qualifys for the discounts listed. Yes I am a veteran, and I couldn't find my dd214, I accept that my fault I had to pay that. What I don't accept is the etch, there are no Hyundai/Kia product vehicles on the top 200 stolen vehicles in America, Zero! And cars with a manual transmission are more likely to be vandalizing than stolen. So of the 3 previous vehicles that we purchased from HUB I opted out of etch. This time I was told no way. I will have 150 K miles on this car when I trade it in 4 years, so my goal was to keep the cost low, the value comes in keeping miles off of my truck, not in non value added options. I was clear up front in what I wanted, and your team kept slipping cost in. I was a repeat customer, you had me. Now you lost me over the 495 cost of the etch.
