Thank you for your comment as we appreciate both the good ones and the bad ones.. Upon review of the paperwork the original price was for one car but you wanted one with additional equipment, equipment that was installed at the factory, not here. Of course with the additional equipment it carries an increased price. We wish we could give away additional factory installed equipment packages, but that is impossible. I'm sorry that you may not have understood the differences in the two cars.

We understood the difference. We wanted the package only included the rear end camera, bluetooth, and tinted window. The salesman confused us saying that we have to purchase the whole package to get the msrp from the dealer at the offer price. We just wanted invidivual discounts such as college grad which the salesman told us we cannot get the discount if we take his offer.

Thank you for the reply. The Sonata SE trim level come STANDARD with the rear camera and blue tooth. We tint the windows and they run $295.00. That is for a quality tint that carries a lifetime warranty. As long as you meet the requirements of the college grad program, we would be glad to give you the college grad rebate, which is $400.00. I think there was a communication problem when you were here. Please give us another chance. Let me know when you can come in and I will have the manager work directly with you.

I am actually talking about the Elantra. And Nick told us that you guys need to talk to vice president to accept a price. We waited for a long time and Nick told us he will let us know when he called and text us. We didn't receive any message, and we are not happy because we thought you guys are messing with our time. I just want to clear this off between us. We really intent to purchase a car at Hub, and we still are. But we wish to be treated better with clear information explained. We like to come in on this Saturday if possible.

I'm sorry that I was on the wrong car, that you wanted the Elantra. Well on the Elantra the bluetooth and the rearview camera are not standard equipment. It does require the Popular Package which carries a MSRP of $900. This package is installed at the factory and is the same for every dealer, we cannot make any changes. This package gives you the following equipment: 16" Alloy wheels, driver's blind spot mirror, dual power heated outside mirrors, solar glass, fog lights, a 4.3" color touchscreen audio display, REARVIEW CAMERA, automatic headlamp control, steering wheel audio controls, BLUETOOTH hands-free phone system with voice recognition, cloth insert door trim, sliding center armrest, illuminated vanity mirrors with extensions, illuminated ignition, and driver's one-touch auto-up window. A lot for the price. We want to sell you your Elantra SE with the popular package. We will give you every discount we have and every rebate that you qualify for. What time do you want to come in on Saturday? I will give you Travis Parker, our best salesman, who will take the time to discuss the features and explain everything. I'm sure you will like him. I have already spoken with the managers who will give you our best price right upfront so you won't waste any time. I just need to know what time so I can make sure everything is ready. Thank you.
