We would then consider another Hyundai but were just looking, and to our surprise, left with a new vehicle. Shady business practices This car dealership is extremely shady and unprofessional. I came to a final price with the sales gal and the finance guy and then the sales manager This car dealership is extremely shady and unprofessional. I came to a final price with the sales gal and the finance guy and then the sales manager came over and increased the price that we had agreed on by $1,300. I left. When they followed up with me I explained what happened and of course they apologized and asked me to come in and they would make it right and honor the price and was assured that what that manager did was not the way they do business and I would not be working with him moving forward. The morning of the day I was supposed to go in to purchase the vehicle the shady sales manager called me to confirm my appointment with he and the other sales manager. Are you serious? I didn't even go in and went down to Braman Hyundai and got a much better vehicle for the same price and top notch customer service. Avoid this place like the plague. More
