This was my first time leasing. I have always had older cars, needless to say I was extremely nervous. I worked with Anthony and he made me feel very comfortable, as well as every employee there, (even the cars, needless to say I was extremely nervous. I have been driving and purchasing cars for 40 years and I have never dealt with a larger group of unprofessional, incompetent, clueless people all in one place. If you want to deal with people who don't give you straight answers, if you want to be pushed around from one person to another because when you ask a question, nobody knows the answer or, if you want to question an amount on a payoff/buyout, ask one of their wonderfully knowledgeable managers and have them tell you "it's a profit" and 30 seconds later say "It's a Fee" because he doesn't know the difference between fees and profits and quite frankly he doesn't care because when you work at Napleton...you don't have to care or be concerned with anyone or anything, other than Napleton's pocketbook. If you want to drag and prolong what should be a simple process, then Napleton is the place to go however, if you want real professionalism, courtesy and accuracy, do yourself a favor...Go to DELRAY HYUNDAI More
