This is not the first Hyundai that I have purchased, but this will be the only dealership that I will ever use from here on in. He was not pushy and wanted to make sure that my wife and I were happy with the vehicle selected and that we were happy with the price. We shopped around before we settled on Napleton's, and it was no contest, they beat the others hands down. A week after the sale, I was unable to program the HomeLink to open my garage door, and when I notified Anthony of my problem, he drove to my house (which is not around the corner) to program the HomeLink for me. To me, this is going above and beyond the call of duty, especially after he already had the sale a week earlier. This dealership and it's staff are what Customer Service is all about. So after a week of phone conversations, I decided to take the drive up to West Palm Beach from Pembroke Pines. When I have arrived, they told me that it wasn't going to work, as there was a problem with my credit. I do have subpar credit and requested that all of the financial work be completed before hand.
