Called today to have my son's 2012 Fiat Sport, under warranty, brought in for a check engine light condition. Was told they couldn't take me till 9/21/15, a 3 week wait for an appointment and, on top of it, was told they were doing me a favor, as the car wasn't purchased there and they weren't really taking new customers. I've never had a dealer tell me they weren't taking new customers. Is this Fiat customer service, or is it only Westbury's? I won't even get into the woman who took my call's customer service attitude; "we're very busy", as if they're doing me a favor. Have been driving for 43 years, owned numerous new cars, presently have 5 in my name, and never had to wait 3 weeks for a dealer appointment. A Jeep Cherokee was on a short list of cars for my wife, not now it's not.
