Bought a 2025 Ram 1500 on 12/29/2025. When I picked it up, there was no windshield washer fluid in it, no one went over the controls with me and I got it at night so I did not notice ther When I picked it up, there was no windshield washer fluid in it, no one went over the controls with me and I got it at night so I did not notice there were bad spots in the paint on the hood. I tried everything I could think of, was, clay bars, compound and nothing would remove it. I currently have it at a body shop where they are having to sand the clear coat off and respray the clear coat. When I approached the dealership with the problem, they acted like oh well, not our problem. Oh by the way when they put the sign on the gate of the truck bed, they put it on at about a 35 degree angle. I am leaving it that way so people can see the sorry job that they do. I will never spend a dime for service or another vehicle at that dealership More
Bought a used Ram 1500 diesel a few months back, they had performed several items before my purchase (have the receipt). One item was to replace the fuel filter. A month or so of driving it , it was leaking performed several items before my purchase (have the receipt). One item was to replace the fuel filter. A month or so of driving it , it was leaking diesel fuel. Took it to my Ram dealership by my house , after inspection they told me the fuel Filter was installed upside down and cracked the housing. Video proof and written documentation. Just over $1000.00 later and the housing and filer was replaced . If they cannot install a fuel filter correctly I sure can’t trust them to work on anything else. More
TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! ! The dealership told me they were processing my loan and ran my credit against 3 other banks and didn't even run it with my bank. They then told me t ! They then told me that I was denied (through my bank who I was already pre-approved for) and I then I had to go to my bank and get a check. When I called them a week later I was told that I gave them permission when I in fact told them no I didn't want them to run my credit to get a different rate somewhere else because I was already pre-approved at MY bank. Jesse is the worst manager at this establishment. I called with the issue and He had a very condescending tone and talked over me the WHOLE time! He started he would send me a document where I signed and gave them permission to run my credit against multiple banks but I have yet to receive anything! He didn't let me get a word in and didn't listen to anything I had to say. I will NEVER recommend this place. They lied to me and I'm so glad I don't have to deal with them EVER again! DON'T GO THERE, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TOO!!! More
This is all of what was discovered less than a month of my son’s purchase from Westgate! “We first started testing and found DTC P0300 && P050D, A constant misfire was active on cylinder 4 && 8. We also no my son’s purchase from Westgate! “We first started testing and found DTC P0300 && P050D, A constant misfire was active on cylinder 4 && 8. We also noted a noticeable knock sound coming from the supercharger. We from there pulled plugs and wires tested injectors on bank 2—-Found cylinder 4,6, && 8 fuel fouled out (cause of failure isolated too injectors leaking raw fuel on nak 2 causing fouled spark plugs and misfire) && a broken valve spring. At this time we are working to replace spark plugs && injectors on bank 2. (we working together a estimate to submit into warranty on supercharger issue), During the spark plug/injector replacement (took place today) Tech found NO coolant at all in supercharger (still testing) Trying to find cause of failure. # totals—--Warranty Is covering $2053.29 towards the bill (this # will change once info on supercharger is submitted) Customer owes $1613.10 -quoted before tax- This includes the (excluded spark plugs & wires—contract does not cover this) also includes the non covered expense of parts/labor. The warranty on vehicle does not cover all GM cost of parts or requested labor due to warranty beign aftermarket & not sold by our dealer difference falls on guest” My son and I tried to reach out to them numerous times just for service records and a copy of his warranty contract and the staff ignored our voicemails from missed calls, never called back, nor did they return emails. I had to go back to the dealer to get a copy of my son’s paperwork which could have been simply emailed. They simply ruined my son’s first car buying experience but didn’t mind taking the $60,000 check from the bank! More
My daughter purchased a 2023 Jeep Cherokee with less than 22k mikes. She drove approximately 300 miles when she noticed a strange sound from the front end. She returned it to the dealership where they diagnosed it as needing rotors and pads (front end). Estimated $1000.00 for a break job. The car had supposedly passed the state inspection and pre-sales inspection. When questioned how it could pass inspection then with less than 2 weeks and 300 miles later, need break pads, Jesse White acting as sales manager claimed it didn't matter how, "It passed".... He also stated that they have no intention of taking care of the issue and they will not bear any responsibility. His attitude and demeanor were hostile and unprofessional. A dealership that employs someone with his lack of professionalism as a manager and ambassador of their business is not worth patronizing. Very disappointed in Westgate Wake Forest. As a side note, I spoke with a Westgate CDJR at a different location and they were taken aback at his response and lack of action on the dealerships part. More
This auto dealer will be deceptive in the communication to you. We bought an older truck for our son and though it passed "NC emissions test", we have had to spend over $2k in repairs and we are still find to you. This car has more rust and mechanical problems, than stated and the warranty is a complete joke, that they try to offer. Please do your due diligence as there are plenty of trust worthy people working in the industry before giving this dealer any money. More
