I called the dealership and just so happened to reach Eb on the phone. Once my appointment was set, I came in, and from the moment I stepped into the office I felt welcomed. I had a great experience at Chris Leith Dodge! My sales rep, Richard Brockhouse, was really willing to work with me to get me the best Caravan for our family. They worked with me on getting all the option rep, Richard Brockhouse, was really willing to work with me to get me the best Caravan for our family. They worked with me on getting all the options I wanted and needed, but not paying for the ones I didn't want. They also worked with me on price, and it was a good experience and not at all painful. I started out looking to replace my 2005 Dodge Caravan with a new Caravan, but was undecided if I really wanted to buy another Caravan or a Dodge Journey. I was very fortunate to be met at the door by, R with a new Caravan, but was undecided if I really wanted to buy another Caravan or a Dodge Journey. I was very fortunate to be met at the door by, Richard Brockhouse. His knowledge of the products I was interested in, plus his patience with me let us consummate a transaction. After deciding that I would prefer the, Journey; Richard had the Business office work up three different methods of payment. 1-Cash, 2-Partial loan/Cash, & 3-possible Lease. I opted for the partial loan. Richard demonstrated all the functions of vehicle, & how to set up the dash functions. As I said before, Richard had a lot of patience with me & I really appreciated his work & dedication.
