Westgate Dodge Ram of Wake Forest

I contacted Chris Leith Dodge a few weeks ago using the chat line on the website. I received a call back from David Lee (Sales Manager) and explained to him that I was trying to trade up to a 2013 Ram 1500 chat line on the website. The particular truck that I was looking for was not available on their lot. David made several calls and called me back a few days later to tell me that he had located the truck that I was looking for at another dealership. David was able to get it worked out so that he could do a dealer trade and he went and picked up the truck. I proceeded to fill out the online application and gave him the budget that I was working with. David made the deal happen. I scheduled a visit to the dealership and when I arrived I was greeted by a gentleman named Paul Hayes. Paul was very welcoming and down to earth. After I went into the dealership to make a few photo copies Paul walked with me out to the new truck and proceeded to go over all of the features on the vehicle. Paul was very informative of each of the features on the truck. He took the time to make sure that I was comfortable with how everything operated. After a test drive Paul took me around and introduced me to the service and parts area. This was a very pleasurable experience with Paul. He made it clear that if I have any questions or concerns that I should contact him directly. Paul and David are the epitome of what great customer service is all about. I purchased a 2012 Dodge Avenger and have had nothing but problems with this vehicle. Chris Leith Dodge of Wake Forest does not want to help me out.
