Stopped in Monday, 11/15/21 and wanted to schedule an oil change and tire rotation on 2021 Ram 2500. Lady in the service department told me I didn't need an appointment and she could get me in if I had the t change and tire rotation on 2021 Ram 2500. Lady in the service department told me I didn't need an appointment and she could get me in if I had the truck with me, I didn't but before leaving I asked her what the cost would be for it having the 6.7, she said around $150. That's about what I paid back in Vt so I was good with it. Today, 11/18/21 I brought my truck in and spoke to the same lady. She said it would take about 1.5 hrs, ok longer than I expected but I needed it done. After two hrs she came and got and apologized for it taking longer than she said because they did a recall on it, no problem. I'm at her counter and she says it will be $243.00. I'm like no, you told me Mon that it would be $150. She denied saying that. A man in the next office told her to call the dealership that did my last oil change and we could price match it. I noticed she kept pushing the buttons on the machine to complete the transaction on my credit card while he told her to do this. I could tell all she wanted was to get me out of there and she didn't want anything to do about calling the dealership who did my last oil change and tire rotation to get a price comparison. I will never do business with Westgate again. Service backs up sales and they don't have it. Funny thing is, I was talking to the Mike Roberts, a salesmen about a new Ram 3500 that I would like to get, sorry Mike it won't be through Westgate, sorry bud. Read the reviews before you get screwed by the service department like I did. More

This dealership is a joke! We traded in a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado on April 2, 2020 and canceled the insurance on April 6th as we traded the vehicle to WestGate. On June 17th we received a citation from DMV Silverado on April 2, 2020 and canceled the insurance on April 6th as we traded the vehicle to WestGate. On June 17th we received a citation from DMV for lapse in insurance. After many phone calls we thought the problem was resolved until July 29th when we received a second citation from DMV because the issue with the dealership turning in our traded in vehicles tags had not been resolved. Its now July 31 & the Silverado we traded in shows as under our name in DMV, the dealership still has not turned in our tags! Don’t attempt to contact the dealership when an issue arises as NO ONE knows what’s going on. Please purchase a vehicle from a reputable dealer who actually values their customers. More
Worse service i have ever seen!! They have wasted 7hrs of my time and nothing. Salesman i was dealing with did not know what he is doing. Everytime i aksed questions i heard different answer. After all this BS i went to Cary and i was done after 45 min with purchasing car i really wanted to but in Dodge wake.forest!! They run my credit several times without my permission. Dont go there, dont waste ur time!! More

FRAUD, NEGLIGENCE, SHODDY BUSINESS 'PRACTICES' 2 Months back they tried to tell my wife she had a cracked engine block when all that was needed was a tune up. Car is 3.5 yrs old. I called and asked what codes the car was throwing, then suddenly it was just a tune up. Picked up the car which was left filthy, no MVP check done either. Asked to have the service manager call, he never did. Filled out a poor survey on them and the SERVICE GUY actually called my wife to confront her on this! More
