$1600.00 to replace a light bulb??? Took my Dodge 2015 Charger in as the front headlight was out. Also needed a 50K checkup as noted on their website. Arrived there and was told there is no such thing as a 50K check so they gave the car a 30K one, but didn't bother to change the oil or ask if I wanted it changed. Picked up the car, it was filthy, hand prints all over it..this is typical for them. I asked them to change both front lights, why not, right? So the bill was 700 bucks for 2 lights and brake kit, clearn, diff kitt and labor. No MVP check once again.. got the car home and driving it the lights are pointing all over the place!! Took it back they said the lights looked FINE TO THEM. I persisted and asked them to look at it in the dark. Then they call back and say that I need an entire headlight assembly which is 1300 bucks and 300 to install!! When I went nuts on them they offered to sell the part to me for cost 900 bucks! If that was busted, was it busted when the car came in?? Seems odd to me. Finally after them having the car FOR A WEEK they fixed it free of charge. This is the third strike with these cheating liars! The service mgr, NEVER will call you back but we did have a good exchange with the fixed operations manager who was on site to clearly handle the mess they had made. Three strikes for this place, we will NOT return there. Sadly, we have bought all of our cars here over the last 20 years, buying 2 chargers on the same day in Jan 2016. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE! Westgate dodge has the best people to deal with, my salesperson ( Jack ) with the best, they stayed open late that night for me to arrive, being that I was traveling from Wilmington, all the peopl salesperson ( Jack ) with the best, they stayed open late that night for me to arrive, being that I was traveling from Wilmington, all the people that were there that night were the best people to deal with! They sold me a 2016 dodge charger, I haven't had no problems with it, and I got a good deal on it, I could highly recommen this dealership!! Thanks guys More
Taking delivery of new vehicle Approximately 3 weeks ago, I accepted delivery of car that I ordered to replace a car that had been totaled back in May of this year. To my surprise, Approximately 3 weeks ago, I accepted delivery of car that I ordered to replace a car that had been totaled back in May of this year. To my surprise, from the point of placing the order to the point of taking delivery was only one month. Of course I was thrilled. As I think back to the time of placing the order, my dealer was well prepared and would provide updates as appropriate. During delivery, he had not changed--cool, calm very knowledgeable about the new car. The thing I like most is that the process only took approximately an hour. Yes, I would definitely recommend this dealer--Mike Roberts--and the dealership location. They were awesome! More
